I have two winter weddings coming up, this is unusual as peak months are between April and September, however October and November weddings are becoming more popular as couples are able to secure better venues, at better prices and in a shorter time scale so it works out perfect for everyone.
The first is in October – at Cripps Stone Barn in the Cotswolds. Its a fair old trek down to the location, but as I always say we will consider any location. We usually like to do two trips to a venue before the big day to check out shooting locations for the bride and groom. But on this occasion its just that little bit to far – thankfully Cripps have an excellent website with Google’s new “virtual tour” feature. So I’ve been able to have virtual walk around of the building. I wish all venues did this.

The second wedding is in December at Prestwold Hall near Loughborough. It looks absolutely amazing – a proper stately home wedding. We love these as it usually means plenty of indoor locations in case it rains with huge windows to let loads of light in.
We are booking now for late 2015 and early 2016 weddings – are you having a winter wedding, we’d love to the ones who do your wedding photography. Head on over to our prices page to see what one of our basic packages looks like and then to our contact page to make an enquiry.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
